Building on our experience in automated inspection, our laser tracker automation solutions are driving the evolution toward true metrology-assisted manufacturing. By placing advanced measurements directly in control of production, accuracy is directly built in the manufacturing process. The result: less waste, faster processes, and higher-quality products. The RTFP extends the capabilities of our trackers by enabling the integration of our proven 6DoF measurement technology into high-frequency control loops, enabling full 7DoF functionality.

High-frequency data streaming
Cyclic 7DoF deterministic measurement data and delivered at up to 1 kHz *.
*For less demanding applications, Essential modules are available with 50 Hz data rate (can be upgraded to Ultimate)
Seamless integration
Direct communication via EtherCAT or PROFINET industrial Ethernet protocols, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous operation. Two variants are available: RTFP-EC and RTFP-PN.
Improved manufacturing quality
The RTFP is directly integrated into the laser tracker’s controller, and enables real-time, closed-loop correction of machine trajectories.
